The Farm House is located in Forestdale, a subset of the town of Sandwich. Originally built in 1847 and completely restructured in late 90s, this house has the appeal of a historic farmhouse with all the benefits of recently updated amenities. Settled on 1.6 acres of well-maintained open grass land, complete with outdoor porch and fire pit, this home includes 5 large bedrooms; one bedroom for an in-house manager and four size-able doubles, each with plenty of closet space, large windows, lots of natural light, and spectacular views of the outdoors. Home also features a large classic farmhouse kitchen with new appliances, formal dining room, cozy living room with flat screen tv, and two recently updated bathrooms. Other bonuses include a washer and dryer on the main floor, touch-tone keypad locks on all bedroom doors, two kitchen refrigerators, house recovery coaching, and inclusion of all house supplies included in weekly rent costs.
