Cost & What to Bring

Weekly rent costs are between $220-$280 per week based on accommodations; single room, double room, graduate level etc. Weekly rent fees ensure rooms remain clean and attractive, amenities are maintained, and proper in-house supplies are satisfied. Rent includes heat, electric, internet/cable, laundry, and all household supplies. There are no hidden costs or fees. Rent does not include food, personal bedding, clothing, or toiletries. If a resident is in need of any of the above, these things WILL be accommodated by house owner if communicated prior to arrival.

Farm House: $240/wk - Shared rooms (4)

Graduate singles: $260/wk (3)

Pond House: $220/wk - Shared rooms (4)

Single room: $250/wk (1)

Next Level House: $260/wk - Shared rooms (3)

$280/wk - Single rooms (6)

Alderberry House: $280/wk - Single rooms (7)

Monthly payments may be made in advance and will always be returned if the resident leaves earlier than expected.

Relapse Policy

If a resident relapses, help will always be provided to them to find further treatment if they are willing to receive help. Relapse is often a part of someone’s recovery journey and it will not be treated with shame. Although residents will be removed from the house upon relapse, residents will still be guided through the relapse process and met with help and encouragement to move forward.

If a resident is under the influence at the time they are asked to leave, they will be allowed 20 mins to pack belongings and stand outside the house with the house manager until another plan can be prepared for them. This is only to ensure the safety of other residents—not to serve as punishment. If resident is not under the influence at the time of removal, they will have two hours to pack their belongings and arrange another time for collecting the rest of their things. All belongings will be kept safe and under the supervision of the house owner until they can be collected. Anything left behind after 60 days is considered donation.

If the resident had paid rent in advance, rent will be returned for each week paid ahead. Days will not be reimbursed if removed from the house mid-week.
