Next Chance recovery homes consists of four properties; the Forestdale farmhouse, the Falmouth pond house, Next Level house, and Alderberry house.
The Forestdale farmhouse in Sandwich, originally built in 1847 and completely restructured in late 90s, has the appeal of a historic farmhouse with all the benefits of recently updated amenities. Settled on 1.6 acres of well-maintained open grass land, complete with outdoor porch and fire pit, this home includes 5 large bedrooms; one bedroom for an in-house manager and four size-able doubles, each with plenty of closet space, large windows and lots of natural light, and spectacular views of the outdoors. Home also features a large classic farmhouse kitchen with new appliances, gracious formal dining room, cozy living room with flat screen tv, and two recently updated bathrooms. Other bonuses include a washer and dryer on the main floor, touch-tone keypad locks on all bedroom doors, two kitchen refrigerators, house recovery coaching, and inclusion of all house supplies included in weekly rent costs. This house also hosts our small farm.
The Falmouth location is in the Pinecrest beach neighborhood and is better known as the pond house. This quintessential cape home is located only a few minutes walk from Jenkins Pond, and less than a ten minute drive to all major beaches. It includes 6 bedrooms; one for an in-house manger and 5 for residents. Home is complete with three bathrooms, a large open floor plan, and many beautiful skylights which shower light through the living room and many of the bedrooms. Other bonuses include a washer and dryer, two kitchen refrigerators, house recovery coaching, and inclusion of all house supplies included in weekly rent costs.
