The Next Chance Flock
All of our chickens were raised here on our farm since two day old chicks. We have 10 varieties of chickens, all laying hens. Residents in our house have learned how to raise chickens, how to mix homemade whole-grain feed, and have collected eggs from our coop. Many have witnessed the entire growth process from 2-day old chicks to a fully grown laying hens, and now experience the joy of eating eggs from chickens they have watched grow. We encourage a simple life here.
Our chicken coop palace was built for spacious living. It easily accommodates our 15 lovely ladies—with room to spare!
Our eggs vary both in color and size. This is due to the variety of breeds in our flock of laying hens. No dozen is ever exactly the same—but no dozen is ever disappointing!

You can taste the difference.
All of our chicks have access to fresh grass and are fed a true balanced diet of bugs, fresh clover, whole seeds and grains. Eggs are for sale to local consumers. All proceeds go to feeding our animals and supporting sober activities for our residents.
