The Pond House
The Pond House is located in the Pinecrest beach neighborhood of East Falmouth. This quintessential cape home is located only a few minutes walk from Jenkins Pond, and less than a ten minute drive to all major beaches. It includes 6 bedrooms; and hosts 12 amazing women. Home is complete with three bathrooms, a large open floor plan, and many beautiful skylights which shower light through the living room and many of the bedrooms. Other bonuses include a washer and dryer, two kitchen refrigerators, touch-tone bedroom door locks, and inclusion of all house supplies included in weekly rent costs.
